After buyer saw the truck and we signed this agreement, we both go to the bank branch at Address is given...to buyer with this agreement.
1. If paid by cash - buyer can pick up as soon as the bank issues a receipt to the seller that cash is not false and is available for withdrawal. Buyer counts the cash to the bank teller while seller is making a deposit, and after seller received a receipt from teller, seller gives the title & the keys to buyer.
2. If paid by money order, buyer agrees to wait the holding period by the bank to end and pick up 2 weeks after the sale. I will give you receipt on a copy of the title. The original title, owner's manual book, and the car will be picked on pickup date after the funds cleared the bank.
3. Buyer must pick up from Stockton after paid, and give the seller correct full name and address to report the sale to DMV. I, the buyer, understand that if I give false name and address, I would not be able to register with DMV.
4. This sale is final and no return or refund is allowed. All payments and purchases are non-refundable.
5. The sale is "AS IS CONDITION" and described above: needs repairs for smog: catalytic converter, one lock but it is lockable, and the plastic support of back door. The buyer is responsible for all repairs needed and cannot sue the seller after the pickup date.
